We offer three different service levels. We can also create a custom service level
to suit you and your loved one's individual needs.
Level I
Moderate Assistance
- Personal care from trained staff 24 hours a day
.
- 45 days wellness assessment by nurses.
- Medication administration.
- Monitoring of nutritional needs.
- Reminders for self-managed incontinence.
- 24 hour security and emergency call system.
- Personalized care management.
- Three delicious and nutritious balanced meals each day with healthy snacks.
- Social, educational and recreational activities, plus low impact and fun exercise program.
- Daily housekeeping, laundry and linen service.
- Regularly scheduled spiritual programs.

Enhanced Assistance
- All Level I services included.
- Moderate physical assistance with dressing.
- Physical assistance with showering every day or at least three times per week.
- Physical assistance with management of occasional incontinence.

Extended Assistance
- All level I and II services included.
- Physical assistance with showering, dressing and grooming.
- Frequent care for incontinence including additional housekeeping and laundry service.
- Night-time safety checks as needed.
- Physical assistance with mobility/history of falls.
